As I’m speeding ahead, full force, to qualifying as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist,  some things has had to take a back seat. Like not blogging for what seems like ages…

But the good news is that what I’m learning is pretty priceless. Like how we can become our own makers of happy chemicals like serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline – the ones which makes us joyful, content and motivated. How do we make them ourselves? Stressful life situations can bring out the worst in all of us. We over-analyze, fret, escape from painful feelings and generally keep ourselves super busy hoping things will get better or, ideally, go away. More often than not, however, looking outward for a solution to our problems tend to bring meagre returns – at the end of the day we can’t fix that over which we have no control no matter how much we try.
