I’m not sure I’m ready to stop the meat altogether but it makes for interesting reading nevertheless. We have been tought since childhood that we need plenty of milk for our daily calcium and a variety of meats for maintaining adequate protein levels. Perhaps it is time substitute some animal products with plant based alternatives instead? Food for thought…
